As I was shopping at our local health store Sullivans Health, Northbridge Plaza, quite reluctantly I was looking for yeast free bread, as I have tried it in the past and it just tastes awful.

I cannot tolerant yeast as I have food intolerance towards it as it triggers off my migraines. I heard in the shop two ladies chatting to eachother and they pointed to your product Organic Spelt, I thought I'll just give it a try, but I must say I was amazing by pressing down on it how fresh it was.

I can't thank you enough, I thoroughly enjoy this bread and guess what no reaction, no migraines or tension headaches. Fantastic I don't have to eliminate bread from my diet, I am telling everyone around me about your fresh and healthy products.

Since having been placed on a wheat free diet, I have searched high and low around Cairns for a bread that actually tastes like bread and not like cardboard. I am so happy to have found your Spelt, Pharaoh & Kamut breads, they are the best breads ever and I even now like them better than the regular wheat bread that I used to eat from the supermarkets. I just wish you had more suppliers up here in Cairns.

A year ago I was diagnosed with wheat allergy and so eliminated all traces of products containing wheat from my diet.
My main problem during this time has been finding a bread that was suitable to eat and did not taste like a big slab of foam rubber, as most of the wheat/gluten free loaves do.
 
Last week I found ORGANIC KAMUT SOURDOUGH BREAD made by you and I am so excited - it not only solves my allergy problem but IT IS DELICIOUS AND I am looking forward once again to having a delicious sandwich for lunch a few times each week.  Such bliss!!!!!
 
Thank you for your product and please continue to make it - for a short while there was another Victorian company that made a sourdough bread without wheat flour but now every time I pick up one of these loaves in the supermarket and read the fine print I find they have both soy and wheat flour in them so I cannot eat it.
 
I found your bread in a local IGA Supermarket at Moss Vale so will be back there next week for more.

I am writing with regard to your bread, Rye Fruit Nut & Seed and Grid Sourdough.

What can I say, truly I am very excited. It's the best bread I've ever tasted, and believe me I am always looking out for beautiful breads (which is not always successful - especially in a country town).

I've only just purchased the fruit loaf today, fantastic, really I can't tell you how good it was to see a truly decent fruit loaf.

Sometimes when small companies become bigger their product quality decreases, I hope this won't be the case with your company because at present it is a 100% quality product.
